Dr Adeline completed her medical studies and trained as a general practitioner in Scotland, where she also gained experience in internal medicine with a Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP UK). She subsequently spent 4 years in Singapore working in rehabilitation medicine and care of the elderly.

Since migrating to Australia in 2018 with her young family, she has developed a wide range of interests and skills. She has obtained additional mental health training (including Focused Psychological Strategies accreditation), which builds on her previous experience in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry, and frequently works closely with psychiatrists and paediatricians to help both children and adults with ADHD.

In addition, she is an accredited provider with the Mater Maternity Shared Care programme, supporting pregnant women and their families in the preconception, antenatal, and post-partum period.

She is passionate about providing quality holistic care for women going through the menopause and is a member of the Australian Menopause Society.
